Impressive guy! Despite what his article says, if you've ever actually talked to him, you can tell he LOVES this college and its students. He's enthusiastic about his job and will help you with virtually anything. Always do the readings, since his lectures are based on them. My only complaint is that his hilarious tangents sometimes go on too long.

Eisinger's class is very interesting, and I would highly recommend it if you have a strong interest in politics or the government. It is definitely challenging when it comes to the essays and finals that are expected of you, because Eisinger has pretty high standards when grading, but it is still a good class to take. You will learn a lot from him.

Eisinger is a mysogynistic, pompous, self-centered, antagonist with very little value as a professor. In class discussions are comprised of Eisinger shooting down the comments of female students and anyone shy. Lectures are disorganized tangents about Eisingers involvement in the political world and little to no content or information. BOO HISS.

Prof. Eisinger is a good teacher. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a challenge and feels like testing themselves. If you are outspoken and have interesting opinions, I would recommend his classes. Do not sign up for an easy time - you won't get one.

Intelligent, funny guy, but definitely not for everyone. He will come off as borderline cruel to some people, but others will find that he teaches the way classes should be taught. He does make it as difficult as possible to receive much above a B in his class, and his expectations are somewhat unclear.

An extremely difficult professor to please, if you can take his attitude and get onto his good side, he'll make you work hard but you'll learn a lot. Extremely organized and makes sure that you become so as well. Recommended.
