Comment:
Do not take ISYS 250 from this man. Class routinely started late, and there appeared to be minimal preparation for class from the professor. Teaching style is very bad - while he may "know his stuff," he has very little capacity to express information concisely or relevant to the discussion. Save yourself the time/money.

Awesome guy, high iq. The reviews on here don't do him justice. Gives you a week to do 3 homework problems that you can ask people for help in the entire week no complain there. Tests are open note and quiz's are open book and note. A lot easier than other Stats 2 courses. If you did ok in stats 1, take this guy. He is 75 80 years old.

Time to retire. He knows his stuff, but cannot teach it so students can comprehend. He attempts to answer questions but it's no help. He is a very nice guy, but way past his prime.

Graduate Database Management course. Very helpful and nice. Some instructors can come off as condenscending when teaching computer concepts, but not Mr. Frese. The only downside is he allows the annoying types to dominate the discussion. Always got out of class early and was able to complete homework in class.

Very easy teacher! Class is a little boring, but he always offers to help via email or in office hours. Open note quizzes and tests... Definately take him!

I thought the class was pretty easy, it is much easier than the other stats classes I know. You only really skim the surface of statistics. Take it if you don't wanna work too hard, if you want more knowledge, take another professors section.
