He's retiring this semester, so he'll be gone. He's a great guy, but class was pretty boring. It's good to go, but you don't need to. Just cram 2 nights before each exam and it's a fairly easy A/B+. Just go over the review handouts for each exam, and study the powerpoints for test. The group cases aren't too bad; just divide up the work evenly

Professor Leitch is incredible. He is the SWEETEST professor you will ever have, & genuinely cares about his students. If you do the homework, you should be adequately prepared. His review sessions are extremely helpful & relevant to the long answer section of exams-study slides for M/C. He is more than willing to help & wants students to do well

All he is does in class is go over homework problems. As long as you do the probs throughout the semester, you never have to go to class. Keep up with the work and don't wait until the last minute to do the probs because you will get stressed out. All material on tests is from powerpoint and assigned problems. Not bad if you study. And he curves.

One of the nicest professors at USC. The class is just plain boring. Dont go, you will learn the material fine if you study a few days before the test. He probably will retire soon, so you might not have a change to take him. Some of the material is difficult but it is one of the easier accounting classes offered

extremely easy tests and cases but everything else is about the class severely lacks. he just does homework problems and reads slides that are available online. never went to class because he never took attendence and the lectures were not helpful AT ALL. I read the book and online notes day before test and made an A

He announces the quizzes, so you can easily earn 12 points for your final exam. If you know how to do all the problems that he gives out in his review (he posts the solutions online), you'll easily get at least a B. If you want an A, make sure you either read through the notes or the book. Make sure you go to class, but take a newspaper w/ you!!!

Very boring lectures and he does take attendance. The tests are ridiculously hard. I made an A in my first accounting class and was considering it as a major before taking this class. Not anymore! Stay away!

He was the worst teacher I have ever had. I encourge everyone to stay away. He is horrible and I wanted to be an acct major before him. He is unclear; reads you notes off a overhead. He is not helpful at all & his tests do not make sense.

Very unclear. Dry and boring. Should take himself some speech classes to learn to speak to groups. Makes errors when creating exams(such as not making the correct answer a choice in a multiple choice question) and fails to adjust grades accordingly or correct mistakes by making the mistyped alternative available elsewhere(such as the board).
