Interesting class overall. There are 3 tests, each worth 25% of the grade and the lab is the other 25%. Seems like lab grade should be more like 60% of grade based on the amount of work put into it. Nice prof., no attendance req'd, but makes you feel guilty if you don't go.

if you are a dedicated biology student, the tests are so simplified you don't know what he's asking for. very tricky questions, T/F can kill you. 3 tests, 5 quizes, that's it, so if you aren't a good test taker, not too many ways to redeem yourself. babbles too much and wastes time, but a nice guy

By far the best teacher. Very down to earth and is willing to do anything to help you pass. Although exams are somewhat difficult, he gives you many chances to redeem yourself. Loves homemade chocolate chip cookies as bribes to leave early.
