Loved this professor, and I hope to have the chance to take another course with him. The toughest thing about the course is the material you are working with but the prof is so passionate about it that it makes up for it. For Milton though reading is obviously required, and so is attendance or else I am not sure how you would pass.

Comment:

Milton can be a difficult course but Wiznura makes the content interesting and engaging. Attendance is important or you'll risk missing out on explanations of the material. Fair marker and gives clear expectations and feedback on essays and exams.

I took Dr. Wiz for 3 classes. Children's Lit, ENG 101, Shakespeare. My friend and I made sure we were always in his Lit class. He knows his stuff and he's a great teacher. I love that he's a tough marker and challenges you to higher things because that's why we're in University. He expects you to come to class, participate and read.

I had to add my rating for Dr. Wiznura because I was so surprised to see his wasn't a 5! He is the most delightful professor I've ever had. He always makes class interesting, is often hilarious, and also manages to get the course material across clearly. I couldn't imagine a better prof.

Class was extremely boring. He gets long winded and redundant. And his marking on papers is absolutely ridiculous. He makes rude comments on your writing, and for the most part just critiqued writing without telling you possible ways to fix the problems. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of his class.

ive only just started his english 103 class and so far i really like him. the class goes by really fast and his first assignment was an essay on a song lyric which is pretty cool. He is quite goofy in his appearance and presence but his language is refreshing and cant wait to continue his class. Ill let you know how he is nearing the end

This guy gives absolutely the most dull, excessively difficult and boring assignments. The Assignments include only things of his interest, and while he is an english prof, obviously his interests are pretty boring. Hardest marker I've had at Macewan in three years. Avoid taking him as a prof, take someone who has your best interests in mind.

Dr. Wiznura is great. He is extremely helpful and gives a straight forward rubric on his marking (made sure to read it). He is a funny guy and keeps the class engaged. My only suggestion is to read all of the readings as they are assigned. You will have to read them anyway.

Amazing prof. I hope to show my students the same level of professionalism and passion when I teach. He knows his stuff and class is exciting. Assignments are not difficult if you read the text. This is university and a degree of responsibility is required.

He knows a heck of alot about Shakespeare, but he tries to stuff way too much into his class therefore overwhelming his students. His assigments are difficult. He also takes a long time getting marks back to you and is a hard marker. He was nice and has a good sense of humour, but I would not take one of his classes again.

He teaches/clarifies about punctuations and grammar that will help you in the long-run. He kept me very interested.. he uses good examples and always drops in some jokes. By no means, he is a hard marker and will take off marks for everything.. but he dresses up for Halloween, so at least he still got humour which is better than nothing.

A very easy A grade. SHOW UP TO CLASS AND READ THE BOOKS! He drops hints about what will be on the exams and we got to pick our own final topics (loosely). Class does stray sometimes and we did have to answer questions, but it is good to be engaged... YOU LEARN MORE! Awesome prof, love his classes and his passion for literature.

Rob really knows his Milton. He was passionate about the topic and it was conveyed in the lectures. You HAVE to show up to this class and you MUST do the readings. He helped by sending out an email before the class even started indicating the text book + a reading schedule so students would not get overwhelmed. Awesome prof and great guy.

I really enjoyed his class!! The mark is made up of all essays. It's really easy especially if you visit or email him for help on the essay, I mean the worst thing he could do is say no.
