This class is really hard and probably just as hard to teach because there is so much material. People blame him but I don't think anyone else could do a better job. He talks really fast to cover a lot of things and his tests are really hard.

Dr. Zimmermann was my advisor and mentor from 1978 to 1980. A fantastic human being and lucid, brilliant scientist. I will never forget him and his lab group.

Nice human being, very bad professor. This class is a required core...I have never studied harder and stressed more for a B in my life. he is unclear, coughs a lot, clears his throat a lot, and comes totally unprepared for lectures a lot. Overall...no good.
