Comment:

Marks papers kind of hard, which sucks because that is most of you are graded on. Sometimes he would start rambling and get of track during the lectures. In all though, he helped me understand some tough material and was always ready to help.

Comment:

Prof Wilkie was very unorganized, we had to remind him to pass out assignments or else he wouldnt have remembered. We didn't get to one of the assignments because he forgot about it & forgot to hand assignments back. I felt very disrespected in his class, one day he kicked most of us out. He's very opinionated & doesn't seem to care if he offends.

Love this man! Amazing professor and person all rolled into one. So full of knowledge about practically everything and gives awesome little history lessons to aid the readings. Hilariousdiabolical sense of humor, but can seem very intimidating. His analysis of readings are mind-blowing and really challenge you to think in so many different ways.

The best professor I've ever had. Rodger is intelligent and charismatic in class; he is extremely approachable and will help you with any difficulties you may have, within the university or not. He has turned me from a girl going to major in psychology, to majoring in political science, to doing honours in Great Books. He's the best, hands down.

Wilkie is absolutely amazing. He really knows not only his subject, but background information on it as well (for ex. we read Sir Gawain and the Green Knight and he was able to tell us all about the time period it was written in). Take his class if you can, he is great! He is also the only prof I had this year that let me e-mail assignments.

I absoluley love Roger Wilkie! He is an over all amazing prof, a little bit of a tough marker but he just wants to help you improve. Very approachable and helpful. He also very hot...I love the pony tail so much. I would recomend taking any of his classes, he really seems to love what he is doing.

Most amazing professor! And I happen to be the certain someone who was chased through the woods by Professor Wilkie in the outdoor class! i agree with all the above statements of hottness..it's true. but more importantly he is an awesome prof, he isn't that hard-just put effort into your work! he is very caring and is easy to approach. he's halarious, but serious too. i loved classes with him, i'll never forget the outdoor class and chasing a certain someone with a large stick. :)

There are many reasons why I love Wilkie: One - the sexy ponytail!! Two - he speaks old english. Three - he is just frigging HOT and Four - he is an over all awesome prof. I loved what he taught and learnt so much from him. By far one of my favorite profs ever!

Prof. Wilkie is hot and can speak old english...what more could a student want in a prof? ok but seriously...he is a great professor. I recommend him to anyone who wants to take english. He clearly puts alot of work into his lectures and so it doesn't make the students feel so bad about busting their asses over his essays! two thumbs up!

I could listen to him read middle Engligh all day. Roger is a wonderful, charming, enlightening prof, and he really brings himself to the class room. Class was sometimes difficult, but always very very good.
