Millard isn't the most approachable prof. He seems disinterested in his students period. I agree, he gives very sour looks... very. Boring lectures and exams are crazy burtal. He needs to lighten up and smile once in a while.

This was my least fav. prof. in my 4 years at western. To be truthful, i didnt like him AT ALL! I strongly recommend that you take this class with another prof, and avoid any of the classes he teaches. P.S he loves to give sour looks; quite frankly, he is rude.

Compared to the other two lecturers in this course he is HORRIBLE! I love history but this guy makes it SO BORING! He drones on and on and you can see everyone around you staring into space with a dazed look on their face. It's very distracting when he has to keep stopping to read his notes.
