Awesome guy, and prof, would take all accounting classes from him if could. class consists of example after example then getting out early, read the chapters and do the practice problems before the midterm and final and at least a 85-90. marks always back next class. and a super good average. curved up our section's marks by 10% cause it was low

Ron's a really nice guy and super funny too. He expects you to read material on your own and goes through questions in class so you definately have to keep up with the material. With hard work an 80+ is obtainable. Know your stuff for midterms and final.

He does alot of example question of each section, but does not go over the material. He is quick to get your marks back to you. He test on definitions but does not go over them in class. Good Prof for the subject which is very dry.

Explains material so well and he's pretty funny. Easy to go into the final with above 90, but a common final is completely different then his midterms, although he does prepare you for it. Read the text, it helps too

Ron is a very good professor. Take as many accounting classes from him as you can. He does lots of examples in the class, and makes sure he brings as many people along as possible. He explains things very well.

Ron is a great prof. He still has his crazy sense of humor which makes class entertaining. I had him for Bus 285 too. I couldnt make it to the extra class before the final so I asked him if he could give me answers to a pile of questions (approx 40 text book questions). He did up the answers for me and answered all ques. One of the best UofR PROFs!

Ron is a great prof. He has your typical dry-accounting sense of humour but does an excellent job of stimulating interest in the course content. He's a fair and good prof and his tests are just tough enough that you have to work for them but still easy if you do the assignments. He's a good guy.
