I found Ron inspirational for my early entrepreneurship courses because he encourages you to 'think outside the box'. However, I'm glad he left UVIC because his later courses are absolute BS. The classroom joke always referred to his assignments as 'Ronsense'.

He puts more effort into teaching than any I've had. Students looking to float don't like him (and some actually hate him as rating show). But if you are interested in learning, working hard and getting something out of class, he is your guy! One of the best profs I've ever had (plus he's a genius)!
