Prof. Wheeler's 460/462 seminars were intellectually challenging, and the small class size made for vigorous discussion. There are a ton of readings, but very few are actually necessary to cover. Exams are extremely broad and general, but don't expect anything above a low 80 unless you really put in work and set yourself apart.

Wheeler is a great prof! It's always nice when you have a prof with lots of personal experiences that are related to the topic he is teaching. Pretty clear on what you need to know on the final, and is always happy to answers questions after class. I hope I can take another class with him again!

Absolutely brilliant. He is one of the most amazing professors and I would recommend his classes strongly. He is very objective and you never know quite what his opinion is which is what makes class so interesting.
