Dr. Sitler is a great professor and his class notes are clear. He makes sure that you understand the material and his tests are not that bad if you study a few days in advance. I found his class to be very interesting and one of my favorites.

Comment:

Dr. Sitler was one of the greatest professors I had in Geneseo. In the first class I took with him I received a C and also felt that he was horrible. But as I realized that YOU yourself had to actually WANT to learn to do well (which is true in EVERYTHING) I realized that I would by far learn the most in his class. I owe him my career (Dr. K)

Very hard class, but not as hard as I had thought. You will spend a lot of time studying, and not necessarily do good. If you put the time in, and ask for help when needed, you shouldn't do horrible.

I think he is gravely misunderstood! This man is a great teacher. He cares if you show you WANT to learn. You won't leave his office hours until you fully understand the material, but you have to do the work! Overall, I enjoyed his lectures and his quirky sence of humor...he does have one!

He is about the worst professor on campus, and his SOFI's show it! The class average for his last test was a 63. They have lowered the required grade of the class (to move on to the next classes) from a B to a D. HE is an awful professor, very unclear!!
