Dude is seriously the best teacher ever. I have rearranged my entire schedule just to fit in one of his classes. He is extremely inspirational, helpful, and incredibly passionate about what he is teaching. TAKE HIM, but be prepared to work. I always felt so bad if I missed an assignment of his because he is so passionate about teaching.

While Ronn is a little vague about projects sometimes, he is one of the most inspiring and helpful teachers I have ever had. He loves his voids, and can be really geeky, but we love him for it. He's there when you need help with a project, and always has your back.

i have had him in 2 inde studios. He seems to ASSUME what I am thinking and doesn't really LISTEN to me. i didn't find him inspirational to me at all. He plays favorites too...but...that's just my opinion.

Ronn, Ronn, Ronn. The projects are not graded, however, you do receive a grade at the end of the semester. He tends to force his ideas onto your projects. Feedback is minimally helpful. He fails to provide adequate progress reports throughout the semester. Despite working my butt off, I manage a C+. Never saw it coming...

I thought this was supposed to be an Interior Design class, not an abstract drawing class. His projects were a waste of my time. He's pretty much the worst teacher I have ever had in my whole life. If you don't do well in his classes, it's not because you are lazy, it's because you have better things to do than suck up to him.

Ronn is the best teacher i've ever had!! People who don't like him are just lazy, and don't like the fact that he challenges and pushes you. Ronn is awesome and really cares about helping you. He has bent over backwards to help me. I def. recomend him!!!

Very interesting lectures, really knows his history. A lot of reading, but you can still do well on the test by going to the class and taking notes. I highly recommend this class to any major who wants to learn more about the history of interior design and some architecture.

Ronn is one of the best professors I have ever had. I took his class in Fall '01. His assignments are very challenging at times but always interesting. I learned alot from his class and he has a passion for what he does. By far one of my favorite classes.

Ronn is a wonderful teacher, my favorite here at JMU. If you do not get a good grade in his class it is b/c you shouldn't be in the INDE program anyway. People think that just b/c its is an art class everyone shoud get an A but they shouldn't...Ronn knows his stuff and we are lucky to have him here

JMU's interior design program is a piece of cake compared to other Architecture schools so he's a good way to see if you can really make the cut. It takes a lot for him to be positive, but when he is, you really appreciate it and know you deserved it.
