Prof King is a nice lady, no doubt but she is not a good instructor. She does not go over cases so you pretty much have to do that on your own. Will talk about cases in general terms. Very hard to follow what she's talking about - is it important, is it not? Who knows. Great storyteller, but like someone else said, I'm not paying for that.

Comment:

Ms. King was my favorite prof at Queens Law. She really cares about the students and teaching is her life. She goes out of her way to make these amazing class notes for the students and this makes the material very easy to understand. Last but not least she is extremely funny and you will want to go to class just to hear her humour.

Professor King was one of the reasons I came to Queen's. Unfortunately, she's been gone for half the time, I am lucky for the year I had her class. Queen's law need more caring, funny, and compassionate professors.
