There is a common denominator among the poor ratings I've seen here. Is it any surprise that poor writing skills are that very denominator? She was one of the tougher teachers I had, but that challenge made me a much better writer and critical thinker.

Comment:

I had her some time ago at Foothill College and she requires discipline in writing and thinking. Those looking for an easy writing class were disappointed. The younger students in class definitely struggled with some concepts, namely critical thinking. She made sure you understood and believed what you were writing. I was very pleased with her.

She really knows her stuff and expects a lot from her students. Not an easy class, but definitely worth-while. She doesn't play favorites, but she notices those who work hard, and she respects them. Go to class and do your work. Visit Office hours.

This is by far the worst teacher i have had. She is smart but very arrogant. She is way to hard in grading essays I mean honestly over half the class failed the first 3 essays with she posted on the board but she does allow rewrites. Avoid this teacher.
