Ruth was an awesome teacher. What you see is what you get. She is clear about what she expects of you. There are no surprises. She lets you use note cards. She can come off hard but she is an awesome teacher and person. Make sure you do your homework and ask questions and you will do awesome.

I loved her class! Nothing wrong with it. I didnt take math since high school and I did excellent. Her last test, you really dont have to take if youre doing well in her class! She drops the lowest test!! How could you not win!

Ruth doesn't tolerate any goofing around, but she is a good teacher, and explains things clearly. She lets you know exactly what will be on her tests, and even lets you use a notecard. Got an A with minimal effort.

she's actually a very clever teacher with a wry wit, and i enjoyed her class. she does move fast and has little patience for slacking/gabbing, but for some reason things make more sense when she's outlining them. the groups thing actually works out.

I had her a few years ago. She is one of the best teachers I have ever had. Helpful, great personality. She gave me a VERY high self esteem when it comes to school. I would definitely recommend taking her!!
