Awesome prof and awesome person overall. Keeps things funny and light but still stresses important info and uses good examples to help you understand. Will make fun of students for being late, etc and not the best at answering questions however.

Prof. West was entertaining and he sure knew his stuff! Only information he talked about in his lecture's was on the exam. You definitely had to attend the lectures and study but if you put effort in you got a good grade. Great Prof and very fair!

Very funny prof. Tests are fair and he's a good lecturer. The midterm and final exams were fair. The lab final was awful. They marked it very unreasonably having the highest mark as a 93. It destroyed everyone's average

Dr. West is a very entertaining guy. He definitely knows his stuff and teaches you content and throws in some funny youtube videos to lighten the mood. His questions aren't simply memorizing so make sure you understand and are able to apply what you have learned. Easy midterm questions but tricky questions on the final.

Overall a very good prof. Has his lectures set up well and is quite clear in teaching. Quite humerous which makes his class not to difficult to sit through. Final exam is quite hard and looks nothing like the midterm in terms of difficulty.

i thoroughly enjoyed his lectures, save for a few that came after the midterm, but that wasn't his fault seeing as how the material was all relatively new to respiratory physiology. Tests were challenging, but if you listen and take good notes you can do well. Quite humorous as well.
