This man was obnoxious and rude. He was of little or no help. I deserved an A but becuase I missed ONE class, I received a B+. His topics are boring. Our senior seminar class was on "psychology text books". It was without a doubt the worst class I have ever taken. He needs to retire and move on.

personally I like him. his class is somewhat hard but if you go to class (which is mandatory anyway) then I think you should be fine. I'm horrible at math but I've gotten A's and B's on all of his tests. he does go off on random things, but the material is in the book

Thank god hes retiring! Mandatory attendance and textbook use. Too bad he wrote it and seems to be the only one able to understand it. Uses weird examples like toes and fat kids, makes sex jokes. Im good at math and Im confused in his class. Do not argue with him, it wont work. Most of the class he talks about stupid things like physics and grammar

A wonderfully nice man and very smart, but a HORRIBLE TEACHER. i have no understanding of psych stats because of this man! I even hired a tutor, and barely made the passing C- grade. And i'm a good student!!

HORRID CLASS! the most draconian attendance policy ever, we use a book that he wrote that has all kinds of errors in it, but if you don't use it you'll have NO IDEA what's going on- he tries to help and everything, but he usually just confuses things more. Once he spent an entire class trying to figure out one problem...not hard, but annoying!!!!!

The 1st week he seems quite intimidating & scary, but losens up as the class goes on. Whatever you do make sure you DO NOT bring your cell phone to class, thats a big pet pieve of his. The class is extremely boring, but he is nice. All tests are open book or take home. Doesn't take attendance.

Really nice guy, aside from the occasional sexy comment and alcohol references. Avoid him in the morning, he will put you to sleep no doubt. His lectures go all over the place, so your on your own with the book pretty much, study for his quizzes, they will make or break your grade! Very approachable

What else can I say, "sammy-b" is the BEST! His endless knowledge and witty sense of humor makes the class interesting. I learned a lot from him. Always willing to help students. Loves it when you approach him to gain knowledge.

Pretty intimidating and scary-looking at first, and he gets confused and side-tracked very easily. If you were good in Stats, you'll be fine in this class. Computer take-home exams are easy 100%'s. When he goes off on his tangents, just doodle.

Very intimidating at first, he just comes across as really scary, but he's really a sweet heart and will help you in any and everyway he can. Very passionate about what he does and passes that on to his students, makes him a great teacher in my book.
