Comment:

Very good teacher. She explains things, is open to questions, and works with you if you need her. The class is not hard, homework is out of the book, and helps with quizzes, but if you pay attention in class, you should be fine without even doing the homework.

I came in class with a positive outlook due to this site but I HATED this class.She was absent 3 or 4 times sometimes without warning.She calls students out in class letting the whole class know what they did wrong on tests/quizzes.She often got off track an even forgot to give us the review for the test.On tests more students got D/Es than A/B/C's

I loved this class. Algebra was just a refresher for me but she is an awesome teacher. Explains everything clearly and if you don't need it, she won't waste your time. If you have a question she jumps at the chance to answer it. You will be lucky to have her as your math proffesor, I was!

Mrs. Main is an amazing teacher. I came into this class HATING math. I did horrible in all my previous math classes, but I loved this class and I got an A. She really tries to get you to understand and genuinely cares about how you do. I highly recommend her!

Had Ms Main after switching from another professor! She can be a bit of a ditz at times and forgetfull, but she is ALWAYS willing to help! She offered to meet early in her office to work with students who needed the extra help. I think she is an honest, fair and kind person/professor, and she doesn't take any guff!

Sometimes she would lose me or other classmates in her lectures but she had no problem going back over it real quick. She is great! If you struggle with math take Mrs. Main. She is willing to put extra time in to help and never surprises you on tests. Also she writes up notes you can print and follow along with, they are very helpful!

She is a good teacher. Classes are pretty straight forward. What you learn in class is what will be on the test. If math comes easy to you, her classes will be a breeze. If math is a challenge for you, she is very helpful. I strongly suggest her for a teacher (plus shes not bad on the eyes).

I did not understand math until I had this professor (MA 104 & 107). She breaks everything down to a tee and shows different methods knowing that every student learns differently. She makes up the notes and has them on blackboard ahead of time. Quizzes are from hw probs and tests are pretty easy. Very approachable. You will not be disappointed!
