I have always worked fairly well with computers so I figured this would be an easy class. Turns out it's my hardest. Gail Leslie is extremely boring and rude. Her tests are difficult and she grades the homework harshly. If at all possible DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS!!!

Her class is semi-boring. She goes over the homework assignments in class. Her voice is monotoned and it is difficult to stay awake. Be sure to do the assignments and attend class. She will not let you out early, so be prepared for that. My advice: go ahead and take her. Just don't get a class after lunch or early in the morning.

Not a bad teacher, you just have to get used to her. She's very helpful during her office hours or before/after class. Pay attention and ASK QUESTIONS! If you don't understand something, ask questions and she will help. Do the programs and review questions at the end of the chapter and you should do pretty well.

...WOW! First of all if you are a novice don't take this class in the summer and not with Ms. Leslie. I thought I'd be smart I only needed a couple of classes to graduate 8/2008, now it will be Dec. 2008 since I failed her class miserably. The test are difficult and the work load, for summer anyway, is very time consuming. BEWARE!!!

PLEASE LISTEN TO ME!!!! DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS!!! I studied all the time for this class and ended up with a D. I took my D and ran with it! This class was so stressful and time consuming. I dont know where to even begin..The tests are EXTREMElY difficult.The lectures are long and boring.and the homework literally take HOURS to finish. And dont even bother trying to ask her a question because shes just going to say something smart. Come to class every day and dont leave in the middle of the lecture because she will confront in class.

She isn't as bad as everyone says. If you have BASIC knowledge of computers and programs(excel, word perfect, etc.) then you will be fine. She doesn't like it if you get up and leave before class is over. Do your homework...it DOES help on the tests. Also, DO THE TUTORIALS. JUST DO THEM! If you do, easy A. honestly!

She always has something smart to say whenever you ask a question. i thought her test were hard considering that this was an entry level class to freaking computer software. I'm on my computer everyday and know how to work everything and I made a C and i studied for all of my test in depth!!
