Religion & Pop Culture got a new coure code, RS 170. Wow, what a brutal prof. I dropped this course because I thought it would be more...I don't know, enjoyable maybe? NOT A BIRD COURSE. I took it distance ed. Our class average for test one was a 36%. Studied SO hard and questions were ridiculous. Prof never e-mailed me back. Never take this class.

Catch this - completely self absorbed, ridiculous readings, very unapproachable. I was SO interested in the topic (Religion & Pop Culture), I am still surprised that he managed to ruin it! How could it not be a great class???? He found a way to wreck a great topic!

Oh my he's by far one of the best looking prof's at UW/STJ. He does like to ramble but when he does I just sit in class and fantasize about him ahh he's dreamy to bad he mentions his wife in class so much. Great guy, would do anything to help out a student in need.

awsome professor! anyone who says any different obviously just has a personal vendetta. dr.kline is comical, and speaks in "english" rather than trying to seem like mr.intelligent. goes out of his way to help students too. i was also very pleased with his recent TA Margie. Both together make an amazing team!

Funny guy (although is constantly making the same self-referential puberty joke), knowledgeable, likable. A fairly easy class - three tests, multiple choice and a choice of essays that he gives in advance. Not just a bird course, either - I found the material very interesting. Would recommend 100%.

I found him funny, he did what he could with the material he had. The only thing that I didn't like was that he tended to assume that everyone was Catholic or very familiar with the religion when he spoke, and I am neither, which made it hard to follow sometimes.

religion and pop culture was a mind-blowing class and kline did a very good job of making the content interesting and relatable. he's very easy-going and manages to keep the class' interest with the "jokes" he makes. *warning: religion and pop culture is NOT a bird course!!*

He tends to ramble on to the point of making simple concepts complicated. Otherwise he is pretty funny and makes the content very relatable. The entire lcture conetent can typically be grasped in the first half, making it easy to slip out and still kick some ass on tests

This class was maybe 70% boring... I find Prof Kline to be very nice and genuine, however he needs some help in the lecturing department. He often looks to use examples and then says "oh no no wait nevermind" It's like he gets nervouse or something.. and he says "Catch this" like 5 times per class haha.. i feel bad though because he is a nice guy

I love professor Kline! I find him to be so easy to learn off of, and he's just so much fun. I was never bored in his classes. he always incorporates interesting things into his lectures. His tests are very fair aswell. Overall i think he is amazing.

I really like Kline. He is interesting and has fun while he is lecturing. It's easy to listen to him and to get wrapped up in the lectures. He's always there if you need to talk to him about the course. He's not the funniest guy ive ever met but hes fun.
