I thoroughly enjoyed taking professor Nighbert's Comp 2 class. Professor Nighbert provided great feedback, especially on our group discussions, and was available to answer my questions outside of class. The assignments were fun, and clear instructions were given on each and every assignment.

His course was not difficult at all. His feedback could use some work. Total papers written for class were 4 so it wasn't overwhelming but his online course organization lacked. It was hard to keep track of when assignments were due because the modules were not well organized. But overall an easy course

He sucked. I had him for my online class and it was a mess. He said everything was in the modules and it wasn't. I missed assignment because I didn't even know they existed because he said to only pay attention to the modules, he lied. He was constantly changing due dates and didn't keep us well informed. The class was a joke.

Professor Nighbert is a great professor at ACC. he puts up with a lot, is willing to answer any questions, grades fairly, and is ALWAYS encouraging to his students without just giving out A's. Show up and put in a little effort, and you'll do just fine. Its an easy class.

Prof. Nighbert is amazing. He is clearly an expert in his field. My writing has improved tremendously over the course of the semester thanks to his feedback and patience. He is a fair grader and provides assistance anytime it is asked of him. If you struggle in writing, he will help you improve your abilities!

Professor Nighbert's class was one that i looked foward to coming to. He is hilarious and is here to try to get you to learn the material and pass. If you put forth the effort you can pass this class. There are a good number of essays so be ready to write. The textbook is needed for readings.

Very pleased with this professor. 4 papers plus a final. There's workshops with the other students which helps to further edit essays. One of my favorites yet, I'm even taking another course through him. Not necessary to show up but you could miss important deadlines!!!! If you attend and write all your papers, no reason not to receive an A.

Funniest professor I've ever had. seems like we were just having conversations all class, then at the end he would ask us to write about the conversations. Very easy class, just need to ask him for help if you need it.

probably my favorite english prof ever!! super chill and very funny. essays are easy and the criteria is simple to understand. i would say its impossible to fail. i definitely recommend 10/10. wish i could have him all of the years i will be spending at ACC. you rock nighbert!!!!!

I took him in the Maymester so we had an essay a week. The hardest part was the last week when we had a presentation, annotated bibliography, and a 3-5 page essay due in 4 days. It was doable and I like writing so I didn't mind it. Very good teacher though. He will help you if you have writers block also. I wish he had Comp 2 in person!

Prof Nighbert is great! he's fairly easy on his online class! passed with a 95. But you have to be willing to work. Need book to know what to talk about, & he doesn't grade too heavily as long as you put an effort towards the class you can get an easy A. Expect to have discussions weekly, about 3 quizze and 2 position papers (TEST) and one final.

Noticed there were no reviews from 2015. Well, good news. He is awesome. I took a flex hybrid course at randolph with him. He is very explanatory and clear, as long as you get whats going on he will let you leave to finish your work at home. He is very clear on due dates and deadlines. Reasonable guy, Easy A if you put in effort on your essays.

Awesome, cool and chill teacher. Very understanding and lenient. He requires weekly journals and a couple of essays, but he isn't a hard grader. I got A's & B's on my assignments. Highly recommend to take him, especially if you want a easy A or B average. He doesn't let his students fail, he actually cares about how his students are doing.

Extremely nice, has an answer to all your questions, and is easy to pass. You just have to read and apply it on paper. I've taken him before and took him for summer II, and would do it again. I highly recommend him to anyone.
