The class is lecture heavy so you should attend every day that you can, but the lectures are also entertaining because of his personality. If you don't understand something, he is very approachable and will not at all make you feel stupid for asking questions. Great teacher, and also a great person to get to know more personally.

He doesn't have enough time to lecture so he puts a lot of material into a little time. He assumes you know things when you don't. When I went to him for help a few times he made me feel very dumb. His tests are very hard. Not like any of the problems we would do in class.

Dr. Schriener was a good prof. wouldn't have gotten out of Chem alive if he didn't extend himself to help me out. He does care about his students and helps you however he can, but beware the exams, avg. grade of first exam was a 64!!!

Had Dr. S back in 89'.Now I am a professor.I had an F at midsemester & was scared to show my face.Then went to him for help.Very understanding.He tutored me for a ++ days over a couple of weeks.B on next test & on all after that.I tell the story in my classes now.All teachers should be so helpful.

Serge is my hero. He's so dead sexy. If his class wasn't so hard, I would have loved every minute of it. He is very helpful though when you need it. Take everything you can with him. Time in class is great because he's gorgeous.

Great guy. Always looking out for his students. He's increadibly fair if you talk to him about what you need. Exams are rough, but not too bad if you understand the homework and quizzes from class. Sexy accent.
