He's a pretty good prof. Explains concepts very clearly with a lot of examples. Tells you exactly what to expect on the exam and even provides a sample exam that is very close to the actual one.

Makes a tough subject look easy. Does a lot of examples to make things easier for the students and his knowledge and understanding of the subject makes it easier for him to teach students. Gives reasonable marks.

He's the kind of prof who expects alot from students. You need the textbook and you need to do on-your-own studying because chances are, you wont be able to follow with him. However, he gives clear examples in class so do show up and take notes. He also gives sample exams for practice.

His lectures were difficult to follow due to his messy and seemingly directionless notes and his lack of enthusiasm. He showed no effort or concern for the students. Marks on the midterm and final were arbitrarily assigned. Assignments were due on nonexistent days. Quiz marks weren't returned before the final. Subliminally threatened students.

Hard, but not the hardest teacher in ECE at uwo, definately not worth going to class, only go to tutorials for free 5% is my suggestion and use the textbook for the assignments, as for studying look at the sections the questions on assignments came from and his posted notes/solutions to assignments.

In class his notes are terrible, and it is difficult to follow what him. But his posted lecture notes are pretty decent. As far as helping students: He made an assignment containing content not yet covered in class. When asked to extend the deadline, he agreed. But he only gave us one more day. Not my favourite, but not the worst.

Only interested in making students' lives miserable! You learn NOTHING from him. He doesn't think women should be in Engineering. He has a problem with disabled students. He thinks they are actually getting it easy when they get a notetaker. How can he be an academic counselor?

this guy is crazy difficult! Let me tell you that if you try to cram you will fail miserably. the class average is usually in the 50s fo this class, which is normal. avoid him if you can!!!

Primak is a good prof. Students hate him cause he is tough. But he only does it so he knows kids actually learn something. Gotta respect that. but ya he wont even flinch and fail 40 kids no prob. He's 100x nicer in 4th year

the bottom line is that this prof is sick... but recently after he married that blonde broad who used to be the department's former secretary, he actually smiles...guess she has straighten up some of his issues.
