She spends a lot of time going over the first chapter but then rushed through the rest of the material. My advice stay ahead of her. Practice and repeat the process on your own. Exams are harder than the hw/lecture examples so if you don't understand the process you won't be able to do it. She curves the grades so it helps in the end. Tough class

Grading consists of two midterms, final, weekly/biweekly quizzes, and homework. Lectures are always clear. The homework reinforces the lectures and quizzes are relevant. The exams are always been tricky. The means are always really low. Notes are posted online and attendance is not required.

Class is good i just believe that she doesnt like teaching this course but she tries her best to teach it and her grading is curved at the end. Its an easy class to learn but what to actually study is the hard part. there is no certainty anything from the homework will be on the exam. She even said she hated this class in her undergraduate career

Dont take. Tries to cover more material than required so she speeds through everything, no one understands the material. Notes/book/examples dont help with the homework problems at all. Blames us for not knowing the material not her teaching. I am taking math probability too so i know how much better this class can be taught. She is the worst.

CSUF gives the only option of choosing one of the worst teachers with the thickest accent combined with the hardest class. She is very intimidating, makes you feel like you should already know the stuff. She never lets you fully ask a question because she interrupts you half way. Do not believe any of the reviews before 2013. SHE IS THE WORST OMFG!

Unfortunately one of the worse teacher I have experienced. Her extremely heavy accent makes it even harder to understand her classes in addition, her English is uncomprehendable. Do not provide help at all (unwilligness), definetelly not an asset for engineering dept.
