Class was difficult because he put you to sleep...his teaching style was ineffective but if you read over the overhead / the book you will learn pretty much what you need to. Oh, and eco 231W will review EVERYTHING you were supposedly supposed to learn the FIRST DAY.

His classes are pretty boring because its all powerpoint stuff with the lights off, but he has a pretty dry sense of humor that can be funny. He's helpful, but you need to go to him. The material is pretty dry itself, so he does alright for what he's teaching.
