Comment:
Ok, the course got better overtime and my exam grade was good given the work I did. But the constancy with this prof is that she was so moody, sometimes abrasive and often self-serving and self-focused. I couldn't stand her in the end despite she is good looking. A far cry from the likes of Abbott or Lloyd-Ellis.

first of all, this is a bird course. But not because the material or the workload was 'easy' but because it was well organised and well taught. Seitz is one of the better, more approachable, and much less intimidating of our professors. And we all can't stand teaching most queen's students so don't blame her.

Seitz is a goddess. She gives great lectures and is really helpful during office hours. The fact that she is hot doesn't hurt either.

The last guy is full of ****, except about the fact that Seitz is easy on the eyes. Her lectures were clear and she made an otherwise boring class pretty interesting.

Just a bad teacher. Examples were unclear and pulled from nowhere, her notes contradicted textbooks and common sense. Basically i didnt learn anything in this course except that the econ department does have one decent looking prof. Also the final was ridiculously difficult, the proofs asked of us were unseen/untaught and unforeseeable.

Seitz is a great prof. She was helpful, her lectures provided everything you needed to know for exams, and she is more than willing to answer students' questions. The midterm and final were both easy, and the TA's marking was lenient.

Very nice first impression, considering I discovered she had an attitude that resembled a divorcee!.......If you look forward to an assistant prof who is rude, and doesn't have time for her students, take all of her courses!

Horrible, horrible, horrible... avoid at all costs. Makes boring material even more boring. Interrupts lectures to reprimand (!) students whispering questions to each other, even when you can't hear a word. I hear Abbott's good, so make sure you get him.

This course isn't quite the bird course that you might expect. Seitz is alright, but unless you want to be treated like a 6 year old don't be late or talk in class - it's like you're back in grade one. Pretty fair marker.
