Her lectures and programing projects are boring. She'll give out a study guide prior to the test, but it contains almost every concept discussed, even if it's only for a few sentences, in the assigned chapters. With a very broad study guide, it's impossible to study for the test. You might as well re-read the chapter(s) again.

A good instructor, very knowledgeable and cares greatly for her students. Clear in her instruction with labs and exercises which serve to reinforce the recent material. Very helpful in lab and works to guide students towards solutions rather than give the answers away.

Dr. Foster is one of the hardest professors, but she is good and you will learn tons. Be prepared to work hard to earn that B. A's are very hard to get in her class. She will answer all your e-mails and help you out plenty.
