I just love Shelley. One of the most approachable, intelligent and easy-going professors working at the U of L today. Make sure to take great notes and do ALL the readings. She is extremely helpful and will always listen to your concerns. Highly recommended.

Shelley is generally reasonable and an excellent prof. Really approachable and knows a lot. I mean, the woman has a Ph.D, and on the first day, says, "Hi, I'm teaching _________ and you can call me Shelley". Doesn't get much better than this.
