Comment:

Simon is by far the most useless Professor I have seen (Out of 6 so far). He does not teach anything but the most basic requirements that he googles how to do 5 minutes before class, and then marks as heavy as possible on all the assignments. Also doesn't give the materials he says he will like templates and detailed outlines. Switch Immediately.

Simon is clearly on the edge of retiring and has lost all of his motivation to teach. Grades are tough, doesn't give clear feedback, and DOES NOT ACCEPT LATES (for some reason, despite the school's three day late policies...). Doesn't seem to be much logic behind some marks, 30's-50's may show up with little to no feedback.

Doesn't actually teach, puts up scanned textbook documents. Clearly not interested in being a professor any more, looks like he's already checked out to retirement. Doesn't even explain a major assignments in detail and then puts up random youtube videos of OTHER people explaining how to do the assignment. How lazy can you be?

Gellar has to be the most useless prof at DC. He doesn't teach a damn thing, does two assignments a semester with each weighted 40% of your mark (usually without instruction) and pulls exams out where 90% of the material wasn't covered. It's amazing he's still allowed to teach after failing whole classes, NUMEROUS times. fail prof

Ok ok, the guy is a hard-marker for presentations, but if you go first you get an automatic 80% unless you bomb it. Talks through the slides and tests you on what you talk about, not the reading material. It's not as bogus as others have been saying. Labs he's not around in the room 90% of the time

Simon doesnt really teach, its more like he browses through slides completely unrelated to anything you do in the labs and gives u tests on material you havent covered yet. During lab time, he simply opens the door and walks away. By far the worst professor I have ever had, if you can even call him that.

all material was outdated, what we learned in theory had nothing to do with lab classes, simon would say he was going for coffee, leave for the whole class, nobody knew what they were doing except me and another kid in the class, and we basically had to teach the class. Simon would not respond to emails regarding grades or anything important.
