He is obsessed with Americana and RIGHT WING political beliefs. He discourages critical thought about international relations. If you want to learn about his irrelevant interest in think tanks, and totally avoid real foreign policy issues than you can take this course, but if you are interested in international relations and poli sci avoid him!

Abelson was an amazing prof. The best i have ever had in post-secondary education! I find that his teaching style makes just about everything he says something i can easily recall. I am looking forward to taking anything he is going to be teaching!

i dont know what to say. Don picks TERRIBLE TA's.. both were terrible this year. But he's a good lecturer. i hear his 401 course is easy, but after taking a C in 244, I proceed to 401 with extreme caution. He's a good guy. but marks turn friends into foe
