attendance taken. not very clear at all about her expectations or guidelines for presentations/major assignments, which makes it really difficult to prepare them... tests aren't too hard content-wise, but you have to be pretty familiar with the material. she's kind of scatter-brained, although a pretty nice lady.

Awful. She says um and ok about 500 times per class. Hardest grader I have had at the University. I get a 75% with her and our other prof gives me a 90% on same paper-there is a problem with that. Also adds tons of work to the syllabus which is already ridiculous to begin with. It was a nightmare everyday we had her- the entire class felt the same.

Incompetent yet somehow still smug, she's always cold & often times rude. Dishonest, too. Ex: She said that calling ourselves "americanos" was wrong, a "deeply offensive" and "extremely insensitive term" in Latin America. Spanish speakers (and the leading authority, the Real Academia Española) reveal she's lying. I got a good grade but learned zip.
