Went to class everyday and did all my work.He went out of his way to insult my intelligence in front of the class numerous times.He's not afraid to brag about his own accomplishments instead of teach and will almost every class period.Doesn't care whether you pass or fail.Laughs at your questions.And his tests are impossibly hard. Do not take!!

I did all the work that was assigned. I read the book and went to class every day. And I still failed miserably. He knows a lot of random information none of which makes any sense. He rambles on incoherently in lecture and then assigns work and tests the class over the information he was supposed to teach. He cannot teach period!

Lecture was rarely on topic and even when it was, it was frequently over material we were then told wouldn't be on assignments or exams. The class was frequently insulted and guidelines such as how you submitted assignments to his outdated FTP mattered more than actual knowledge in the course material. Absolutely atrocious instructing.

This teacher talks about history rather than computer science. So if you LOVE history, this is the guy for you! Otherwise, he's probably not the best teacher for visual learners.

He gets off topic very bad and doesn't make any sense unless you already know the material. His tests are pretty hard and homework is very long and pretty hard. He is in his office a LOT, so you can work in the lab and get help...if you want to call it help. I would not recommend him unless you already know computer science.

In class he will talk way over your head and teach the material as if you already know it. He doesn't know how to lecture effectively so don't count on taking notes to help on the tests. His assignments are long and difficult.The only good thing is he is always in his office and will help you in the lab on the assignments. DO NOT TAKE THIS TEACHER!

He has a tendency to get off topic. Many students fail his tests. He doesn't really clarify. He teaches more in depth than necessary. For example, he doesn't teach basic software most people utilize. That is what CSC 121 is supposed to be. Please, do NOT take him.

Great IF you are interested in computers! I took him SummerI, and he was very detailed and crammed in time for everything. Always willing to answer questions- be ready for an earful! Take good notes at lectures, and he will tell you what will be on the tests, straight from your notes! Start the webpage the first day and ask questions as you go!

I admit, in class he did have the tendency to be quite intimidating, but outside class he was funny, down-to-earth, and extremly helpful. His tests were fairly easy. (Doing ALL the h/w assignments will certainly boost your grade.) I learned more in his class than any class I've taken thus far.

Terrible Teacher. ever heard of rabbit hole teaching? its where you try to stay on the subject but you keep talking about random nonsense that has no point and no relavence to the lecture material... thats him. if you know anything about computers that class isnt too hard but he is a TERRIBLE teacher.

Bad teacher. DO NOT TAKE!!!! Very smart but doesnt know how to teach. His lectures have nothing to do with what is on the test and you will end up sleeping through the class or not going at all. Test are very hard and dont have anything to study so that you can pass the test.
