I took a class with him through the engineering outreach. He was not a good online teacher. Every email I sent him requesting help was either ignored, or forwarded to the engineering outreach, and they couldn't help because they weren't the ones teaching his class. I took stat 250, a difficult class, and he really made it harder.

Easy A class, but he is extremely difficult to pay attention to. I found him very annoying.

Stat might not be this kind of hard. However, I feel it hard to follow him in class and I need to use my extra time to study by myself. I think he is not well prepared for the class lecture sometimes. I always need to study hard and rewrite my notes before the tests. I heard from my friends that their stat classes are not as this hard.

Lee is very hard to understand, but once you get used to his accent it's all going to class and doing your homework. There's assistance in the library that's very helpful. If you do the homework and actually understand it, it's an easy A on the following test.

He really knows his stuff about statistics and cares but his stats 251 class has been the worst class ever. He is hard to understand some times and goes all over the place during lecture. The stats center is always full of people who could not follow him in class. I end up reading and teaching myself for every homework. NOT FUN. So hard.

His accent is absolutely awful. My friends and I could understand maybe one out of every five words he said. His teaching style is confusing and convoluted. He offers no help after class and the text book is little better.

He hs an accent, but it only takes a couple of days to get used to it. He's very helpful in class, if you ask a question about a problem he will go over it and explain it. The quizzes he gave were open note too, which made them really easy.

Easy to understand, once you acclimate to his accent. He's enthusiastic and explains concepts well. I also took Stat 251 from Dr. Lee, because I thought he was such a great teacher.

Awful teacher. Extremely difficult to understand through his thick accent. Not only is his accent hard to understand, but also irritating to the listener. Often times will randomly start shouting during a sentence (possible cuz he doesnt know which words to emphasize and which not to). Could not stand going to class. It was borderline unbearable!

Great teacher. Stats is not hard if you go to tutoring and just read the textbook alot. Lee does have an accent but within a few days you will be able to completely understand his engrish. For an asian man, he can be fkin hilarious at time, especially when he gets excited about statistics. Final is hard, not if you prepare though.

Stat's is a hard class with anyone, it's almost like another language... it doesn't really help when the prof (and the TA in my case) have thick Chinese accents. I spent a lot of time in the Sats. Assistance Center. Don't get me wrong, Prof Lee is really nice guy, but as far a prof try to get someone else.

Uh, it's statistics. It's _boring_ and _dry_ with _anyone_ that teaches it. Deal with it. Not the most interesting instructor in the world, but he teaches what needs to be taught and makes sure you know the concepts behind statistics on the test. I'm not sure what anyone else expects from the class.

This guy was a HORRIBLE teacher! He is extremely hard to understand, and most of my class ended up right on the edge of failing, or failing. I highly recommend avoiding this professor at all costs!

This teacher treated the class as though we were in middle school. I was instantly reminded of my fifth grade year when we were told that absences required a note (aren't most of us legal adults?) and no food/drink was allowed. Class taught me nothi
