Prof. sal is the most boring monotone teacher ever....did i mention boring? this class was very hard to pay attention too as he went off subject alot...and not in a good funny way. i learned absolutely NOTHING in this class. also he asks inappropriate questions and then say oh just kidding just kiddng.....waste of time

Be prepared to listen.He tries his best to make direct connections with his personal experiences and class topics. He encourages students to get to know one another by performing in class role plays which were a lot of fun. If it were required, I would definitely take another course with him.

this is the worst professor i have ever had. he often spends the majority of class time lecturing about off-topic issues. he never uses the text. he is quick to anger when you express class issues to him. he asks personal, intrusive questions during class. i would definitely avoid this teacher.

Pretty easy teacher, grades hard though. Do extra credit if he offers it. If you want an easy class take this. There is 1 take home quiz, and about 4 or 5 speeches, not bad! When he explains how to do the speech most of the class is lost cause he cant explain and repeats himself alot but overall pretty easy and entertaing guy!

Really nice guy. If his tests were over his personal life everyone would pass. Also, for a speech teacher he's not too bright, or intelligent.. he studders a lot and has a hard time hearing people when they talk in class.

Speech 1000 was def one of my favorite classes this past semester. He was very easy, but the whole semester is only worth 150 pts so theres very little room for error. Final is the group performing a skit. Only 3 quizes (15 questions each). Def recommend him, i had him early morning and had a great time!
