not sure about anything other than the online class with was an absolute nightmare. Extremely difficult questions and confusing online lecture. Took this class in person with another professor and got a good grade. Do not take online !

This course is NOT an easy A. I worked super hard and got a B in the class. Professor Sindell is really helpful and is very involved in the online course, but don't expect to pass without studying/reading the material.

Super organized and very clear, he has clearly gone through a lot of effort to put together a cohesive online course. Relative to other business courses there is a lot of writing for the homework, this isn't a bad thing. Interesting topic well taught.

"You did not sufficiently cover information in your submission. GOOD JOB." This was the feedback he left me on a homework assignment. Week one your supposed to read past student evaluations, then he warns you you might want to drop his course. Not kidding. I study all content but with trick exam questions & confusing homework assignments? SKIP HIM.

I appreciate the timely replies from the professor and the study guides he provided. However, this class was honestly one of the most frustrating classes I've had to take. The homework questions were vague and not clear on how they should be answered. The textbook was horrible and worse than reading a dictionary...

The most frustrating class i've ever taken. Reading the book is comparable to reading a dictionary and finding the answers to the HW q's is also confusing b/c of the way the book is written. I wish his questions where more clear on what is needed. If you have a Q about HW, he will just say to read the chapter again....

Professor Sindell is the absolute best. He was able to give clarity for every bit of information we needed for this course. He is very intelligent and wants his students to really engage and understand the material. I would recommend taking his class over any professor. He has many resources available for you to succeed and actually learn.

Took online class. He provides very clear instructions and has a lot of supplemental information posted online for the students to use. He seems passionate about law. Instructor was not too engaged with online students but provide lots of online materials. Study the chapters and cases and you can do well in the class. Interesting subject.

This was an online class. He was good responding to emails with regard to general questions, but if you didn't understand the reading in the book, you were on your own (unless other students helped you). Law can be complicated so more visibility from him would have been more helpful.

Good class. A lot of interesting material. Good case studies. He also has his own website that will help you understand the material. But if you don't put in the effort, you won't do well. Weekly homework and quizzes but nothing unmanageable. Put in effort and you can get an A.

Wonderful teacher. Probably the best I have had so far. The material is not easy but he does a great job of engaging students and making it relate-able. He grades very quickly so you know where you stand. I highly recommend this teacher to a student who actually wants to learn.

This professor is GREAT! I am still enrolled in his class and I think he's the best teacher I've had in a very long time. He's very helpful, smart. I didn't have a big itch to take this class but am falling in love with the subject. Im sorry, but the bad reviews about professor sindell are probably by student who didnt study. The best online profesor I've had, period. I read all other critiques and am convinced that the bad ones are from students who did not try. Sindell answered my emails within 12 hours and was very detailed. Great teacher!!!

All the quizzes and tests are from text examples. I HATE the way he asks the questions b/c it can be VERY confusing, & had to read 3+ times to comprehend fully. Wasn't quick to email & was short with his responses. Do all HW, you'll need the points w/his tests! NOT LENIENT WITH FINAL GRADES, at all (even if it's 0.1% away from passing).

Heavy reliance on the textbook, which is practically incomprehensible and contains sections that are factually inaccurate. Quizzes are challenging,with questions that are extremely nitpicky and usually do not relate to the subject matter at hand. Discussions are not required, so they are totally unmoderated by professor. Very hands off.

Straightforward class. Material needs to be reviewed and studied before the quizzes and tests from the TEXTBOOK. Strict deadlines. The stevensindell website is very useful prior to the tests-exams. Helpful professor that will explain if you ask. I enjoyed his class.
