A really good prof, he basically bases his exam off of what is lectured in class. He recommends to read the textbook before class but most of the time the textbook didn't correlate to what he was talking about it class, so sticking to just going to class was good enough to prep for the exam. He wants you to learn instead of memorize :D

Great professor. Very nice and willing to help. Mandatory attendance in his classes, anymore than 6 hours missed and you will fail his course. He values student participation.

Subbu is the associate dean of Asper and the best Marketing prof on campus. He's lectures are simple and easy to understand. The way he structures class and work is extremely beneficial. We were marked based on standard deviation, top 5% gets A+, the next 10% gets A.

Great teacher, one of the best in asper. His grade distribution was kinda tough with A+ 95, A 92, B+87,B82 In overall he was great at teaching and the lectures were a lot of fun. The text book is not needed, although it is helpful. Also he does take down attendance, so beware of that.

Prof. Subbu is the best professor I've ever experienced. His lecture is interesting enough to fully focus during two and half hours. I am still taking his course, only half-way through it, but writing this because I think its enough to rate him as a best professor.

Very good professor. Assignment is very straight forward and simple. Simple notes on projector. Exams are pretty easy if you study. I finished last in the simulation, but still got an A. Don't let his marking system scare you away, it is designed very well for the course and if you put in the work, you can do very well.

Subbu is a great proff. He makes the course very interesting, he tries to keep everyone engaged, but the grading scale is crazy high, higher then even an arts course. I finished with 84% ...that was only a B. You have to work really hard to get an A but the course overall is very easy, he gives you a list of review topics to study before the exam.

Subb is a really good prof! The classes very intersting, even if you don't find marketing very fun, he makes it fun and intersting. The grading scale is hard (59 and less it's fail), but the exams really easy and straightforward. I really recommend this professor!!! A++++

Subbu is by far the best prof.that I have had so far. Go to the classes, got ot he labs, speak up, write every example you hear because you're not aloud to repeat it in the tests. He wants to make sure you actually learn something.He gives lists of what you are expected to have learnt for the exams and assignments. I got an A in the class.

Best prof, I am glad I got to take Fundamentals of Marketing with him. Studied EXCLUSIVELY from his given class notes and I found the material very easy to follow. Always write down the examples he gives! Midterm & Final were fair and the two assignments he gave were not too difficult. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10

He explains everything very clearly, sometimes too in depth, but I guess it helps on exams since it's all pounded into our heads. He is funny in class, and tries to make the class interesting. I wish I had taken CB with him! What a nice prof~

One of my favourite courses and profs at the U of M. His classes are very interesting and he is a very kind and approachable person. I only ever studied his lecture notes and ended up with an A in the course. I will definitely be looking to take another of his classes!

Subbu was one of my favourite profs. He explains things very well and is very helpful in and out of class. The same concepts that I couldn't understand in Stats 1 & 2 he explained so simply in Marketing Research. I strongly recommend taking a class with him.

THis professor never really seemed to want to help students outside of class, and even if you had a completely legitimate excuse for something (ie: a hospital visit, or the like) he would still dock you marks for being even 2 minutes late with your assignment. Also, the 2nd test is much harder, and the final paper is annoying.
