Sue is a wonderful human. She really cares about her students and if she taught more English classes, I would want her to be my professor. Although her class is not mandatory, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to class because it is very helpful and you will get stuff done. You don't need the book unless you don't know MLA format. Look it up online.

She is the sweetest teacher I have ever had!! Sue is so sympathetic, genuine and kind hearted. Plenty of opportunities to get great feedback from anonymous classmates on papers before turning them in, and also lets you rewrite a paper at the end of the semester if you would like to raise your grade. I would definitely take her again!!

ProfSue is the most kind-hearted professor I have ever had and I will greatly miss her in my future academic endeavors. Her class is extremely easy as she is very traditional and old-school with her teaching styles. The only way to not get an A is to not show up. She is so kind-hearted and definitely cares about each and every one of her students.

I absolutely love this professor. She genuinely cares about her students. She tends to sometimes get off track and tell stories of her past, but its funny. She gives you a rubric that has everything you could ever need to write her papers. Super Easy. Easy paper topics. Extra credit given. Be prepared to write volumes, but very easy. recommended!!

Sue is old and also old school af. No blackboard for assignments. Sometimes I genuinely feel like she has no plan for the class. If you've ever taken a writing class, for example, in third grade, you should like easily get an A. She pisses me off sometimes because she rambles and is ditsy af. But I think she really cares about her students.

Sue is a great professor. She is old and so sweet. She loves to tell stories and takes passion in her students. Gives out open book pop quizzes that are right from the required book so if you bring that to class every day you'll be good. I had her MWF but we never had Friday classes only M&W. Lets you turn in things late for full credit.

If you want to actually learn to be a good writer don't take this class. If you want to write ACT style, then go ahead. Easy class, but elementary teaching, she has went against everything a good teacher would say, "Use the same words (lots of useless repetition)" &"I don't read the entire paper". That's not what English is supposed to be about...

Nice lady but she can easily put you to sleep. Her routine of going through assignments, showing an example, writing a rough draft, peer critiquing, writing the final draft and turning it in is simple to follow but probably the least effective way of getting the best writing. Also she assigns journals whenever she doesn't know what to say next...

She is super cute. Easy class, lots of easy writings. Always ready to help you and go with your convenience. I would definitely advise her for ENG 101. Lecture sometimes boring but you often get out of class early.

Prof. Sue is such a genuine woman. She is very flexible and understanding. Her ENG 101 class is an easy and enjoyable. Be respectful, and she will respect you. Sometimes her verbal instructions are redundant, but overall, she outlines assignment directions well. I strongly recommend taking this course with her.

Prof Sue is a really nice lady and she's super easy going. However, if you want to actually learn anything I do not advise her class. You write a decent amount of papers but they are all easy. She is willing to help if you ever need it, and there are no testsfinal exam. Class was usually let out early but it takes her forever to describe things

Nie lady. Very bad teacher. She really teach you anything. She takes 50 minutes to explain something that should take 10. She assigns you a paper n class, next class you turn in rough draft, next class is final draft. This happened throughout the entire semester. You write 5x as much as other classes. Take this course with someone else.

She is a very easy teacher. I missed a lot of class but she still let me turn in my papers late. She is pretty easy going about assignments. The only complaint is you do ten times more essays than other classes.

She is a very nice lady and a good teacher. But all you do is write, compared to the other ENG 101 classes who only have 6 papers she assigns one ever other class.

Professor Sue is very kind and I enjoyed having her for english. She made a subject that is usually very difficult for me very easy. She is sometimes slightly spacey and unclear but she means well. It is fairly easy to get an A as long as you are willing to put forth a little effort.

Incredibly unclear.lets students walk all over her, then treats them the same way as students who actually try.Got a B in the class and put forth 300x's more effort than most in my class.directions are vague and you never know what shes wants.Enjoy getting marked down for doing exactly what she says because her standards are different when grading

Prof Sue is not helpful at all, her classes are pointless. We don't even really need to go but attendance is mandatory. She is very very bad at explaining what she wants in a paper. She is crazy for the environment and all the papers you write are on it. She really does nothing!

Professor Murphy is a very nice woman. Be prepared to attend class a lot so you can get a signature for your peer reviews. Turn in every rough draft when it was due, even if it isn't complete so you can still get credit. She is a good professor to get an easy "B" and does accept late work. I highly recommend her if this is required.

Very slow on returning papers. Allows late work to be handing in. I enjoyed her very much, it was a MWF class and didnt have to show up on friday. Clearly explains papers and helps if needed.
