This little woman is evil. Pop quizes randomly every 3 weeks or so to make sure you come to class. 4 papers that are graded by T.A.'s that barely speak english. And discussion sections that are worthless all around. Lecture WILL bore you to tears but other than that its an easy class to get a good grade in AS LONG AS YOU BATTLE YOUR T.A!!!

Her lectures are very good. You can tell she really enjoys teaching. She is surprisingly funny. Your grade is entirely based on papers, there are no in-class tests, which I really liked.

Easy class if you know how to take good notes and pay attention. Material is interesting, with a lot of different media. Make sure to at least give the readings a once-over, you will be explicitly tested on them. Paper was easy, I wrote it pretty last minute and received solid A.

She is extremely helpful to students about anything, really. The lectures are really easy to follow. All you have to do is just pay attention and do the readings. The midterm is extremely easy, and the research paper is quite manageable also. Excellent class!

She seems to put a lot of effort into teaching the class, but is unaware that she is rather repetitive and unorganized and unfocused in lectures. Also disappointing was the really GENERAL nature of the content she gave us. So ..I don't know how much I really learned in the class..

I don't understand the string of sad faces below. Her seminar class was amazing. Not only that, she really helps you with your writing too; she doesn't fluff. She tells you exactly where you need improvement and shows you how to improve. Her classes aren't for slackers, they are for students wiling to learn and put in the effort.
