Dr Turner is a clear professor and writes fair and clear exams. The majority of students do very well (median~95%), because she clearly tells you what you need to learn and how to study. The class is intended as a preparation for professional school in medicine, dentistry, or allied health.

Dr. Turner seems like a nice person. Although about halfway through the quarter she randomly starts taking attendance? Not really amazing as a professor, her lectures tend to be dull and repetitive. She repeats herself A LOT. But go to class and get through it, and make sure to memorize the book.

Easy class if you pay attention. She is pretty predictable on lab practicals, if you pay attention to what she stresses in class you can basically figure out what she will tag. Written exams are straightforward and pretty easy.

This class was not worth the 6 credits you get for it. I took it relatively late in my undergraduate career, but it was really a piece of cake. As long as you do your coloring and reading in your work book and spend time in lab you should do fine. Definitely not as bad as some people on here made it out to be. Easy A IMHO.

Great professor, makes everything crystal clear. This class isn't "hard" per-se, it just requires daily studying and attendance. If you go to lecture and lab, and keep up with the material, you'll do well; if you try to cram, you won't. Dr. Turner is very accessible and willing to help in any way possible. Highly recommended.

This class is very time consuming and you have to study a lot, but if you put the time in you can do well. Go to lecture and lab, they are very important. Do the exercises in the book, the unit reviews, her quizzes on Carmen and the Anatlab cd that comes with the book and the tests are not too bad. Those will prepare you well and don't get behind.

Dr Turner is a very nice pleasant woman. She has by far the hardest class I have ever taken. I had to withdraw the first time and take it over. I would recommend taking Anatomy 199 at Columbus State. Dr. Turner's tests consist of A-E which means 4 completely differnt answers, all of the above or none of the above. Memorize every single tiny detail!

I took this class a year ago and I still remember her. Extremely pleasant woman & always smiling. Follow everything she says: do online practice quizzes, read what she tells you to, do end of chapter reviews, and go to the review sessions. Trust her advice, and you will get an A.

Dr. Turner makes this class extremely tough for a 200 level course. No matter how much you study, she will always test you on tiny, insignificant details. Her midterms are HARD no matter how much you know. She asks really random questions and emphasizes that you know things that never show up on the exams. I would recommend a different professor.

Straightforward. Lacking a lot of clinical applications. The book was more like class notes than a text. Dr. Turner is very clear and very nice. The unit reviews at the end of the chapter are worth doing.

Very challenging class. I learned A LOT, but it was very hard and a lot of information to cram into 10 weeks. I think she does a good job drilling things into your head, but you can never really tell what she will test on, so good luck!

Annoying. She drills things into the ground then barely qizzes on them. Midterms are hard as hell and nothing is worded the way it should be. She makes this class harder than it needs to be.

Take Anatomy 199 with her! There is A LOT to learn in this class, but it is a human anatomy class, so of course you will need to study. She presents the information well in class so you need to go to every lecture and pay attention! She cares about her students, and she is a great teacher!

She is adorable! There is a lot of information to be learned. Turner is pretty good about teaching the material clearly though, which is always a plus. I would recommend taking her. She doesn't make the final cumulative, which is always nice when you have that much material to learn!
