Only reason I passed the class was because I was so annyoing he didnt want me to take it again. Was a french 100 but was learning french 101. I dont suggest taking him like at all. Especially if you dont know french.

Apparently he's a good prof for other courses.. not this one. He doesn't seem to know a lot about French rules and would go out of town a lot.. which is fine except when he got his subs to explain concepts and rules to us and he wouldn't. It's a little surprising that this wasn't the first class he taught.. nice person though!

He really sticks to the textbook, which makes it easy to study. Basically we worked from the ground up, and everything's pretty formulaic. But spelling and grammar have to be exact!

Great prof for a beginner Level course. Everything was straighforward and clear. Before this class I though French was impossible and now I am hoping to learn french as a second language. hes Very enthusiastic, helpful and funny. He really seems to love teaching.

Very good prof. Likeable, enthusiastic. Made an early class actually bearable and fun. Answered any questions I had, and made exams at a level that was just right. Wish I could take my next semester from him...I highly recommend him.

As much as I enjoyed him (I rather liked his bad jokes, and all his Johnny Depp references), I could not take finish the course. My _English_ prof doesn't even dock marks for spelling if it's not a take-home assingment, and that's my native language.
