His class is really easy. There are 6 quizzes that are super easy and have unlimited attempts, 2 exams, and one final. You need to go to class because his tests are based off his lectures. Talks fast, so your best bet is to print out notes and fill in or write notes on the powerpoint. Practice his practice questions, take good notes and you'll pass

I thought it was easy 3 exams drops lowest scores. Yes I studies a'lot for the test mostly from book and notes. 1st and 2nd test are easier then the 3rd. Extra credit for showing up. Quiz's just google for answers. Hardest part about the class is trying not to fall sleep and accent is hard to understand. Print the power points to take notes on.

It's definitely a lot of information to retain. A quiz on connect for every chapter (unlimited tries), random attendance, extra credit survey and 3 exams. His exams CAN be difficult, but they are not too bad if you study the math applications and the KEY CONCEPTS at the end of every chapter. I got 100% in the course. 3 B's on exam, he drops lowest.

This class was RIDICULOUSLY easy. Be sure to read the key terms at the end of the chapter and study those for the test. Tests can be difficult if you choose not to study. If you do that, you'll be fun. There is so much extra credit, it is honestly hard to not pass this class. Powerpoints are all posted online so you don't have to have the textbook.

Thick African accent. Always says he will take attendance but never does. 3 exams that are pretty tough (only 2 count since he drops your lowest one). His lectures are hard too understand with his accent so read the book/study guide thoroughly. 5 easy export labs done with your group. Rarely stayed in the class to the end even on lab days

If there wasn't extra credit given for attendance, I would say showing up to class is a complete waste of time. He basically just reads off of his PowerPoint. All quizzes are online, three in-class tests, which are fairly easy if you study his guides. Lecture slides are all over the place and often times have very little information on them.

Awesome professor! He gives 20 extra points for the entire semester for just show up to class, so make sure not to skip class. All his tests questions are on his lectures and power points. His accent is not bad at all like some people stated. No homework!

Dr. Gnepa is probably my favorite marketing professor at Stan State. He is clear cut and explains things the best he can. 3 exams and 3 group projects. His exams, while challenging, come straight out of the powerpoint slides and out of the textbook. The group projects are very hands-on, where he wants you to use certain databases to look info up.

Took his Int. Bus. class over the summer (6 weeks), it was one of the easiest classes I have taken. Only 2 exams covering 5 chapters total, so the exams were not very hard and the topic is easy to understand, so you don't need to spend much time studying. Gave extra credit for showing up to class. Very nice, light-hearted professor.

I have had Gnepa for two semesters in a row now and as a Marketing student I respect this professor to the highest degree. Once you get in the hang of things you'll realize that it's pretty simple (depending on what kind of student you are). 3 tests (drops one), tests from lectures (they're not that tough), and some labs (basically short papers)

He is great, besides his accent that sometimes is tough to understand he is clear with what you need to know. It was an easy A for me you just have to review his powerpoint slides and applications and you will do good on the test.

Take his lectures that are twice a week! The broken down lectures leave room for him to clearly explain his lectures and have room for questions at the end. His accent can be a little tough at first but you get used to it. Extra credit for attending every class, so don't miss!!!

No need for the book at all. If you print slides, pay attention, and take additional lectures notes you'll be fine. Only grades tests. That's all. Some can be hard. Make sure you know applications!

Tests straight from his lecture notes. Just using the slides he provides is NOT ENOUGH. You need to take additional notes while he lectures. Reading the chapters was not necessary. I took detailed notes in class and got an A on every test. Grade consisted of 3 exams, and there were bonus points for attendance.

Easy class! I got an A on every exam because I memorized the lecture notes. Make sure you KNOW the application problems. Last exam is the most difficult but you get extra credit for attendance. He repeats himself at least 3 times on every definition so just listen and take notes and you should get an A no problem.

Too much math on the tests for the type of class. The tests are very hard, and you must know the material in and out to pass. Tests are based solely off his lectures and power points. All three of his classes averaged a D on almost all the tests. Attendance points make or break your grade, so attend every class. I worked extremely hard for my A.

Tough course. Be prepared to show up to every class, your attendance points will make or break you. The entire course is based on 3 very tough exams. Thankfully the attendance grade helps out ALOT if you show up to every class.. Very boring class.

This class is completely lecture based. It does help to read the book, but the best way to be prepared for tests are through studying his powerpoints (available on Bb), and making notes on them through class. The class grade is dependant only on 3 tests that I would consider very challenging. He is always willing to help you if he can.
