Interesting subject and throws in funny things to break up class but sometimes gets too off topic and it is hard to get back on. Only has a couple of grades so you have to do well on those to do well in the class. Nice guy, good professor.

accent difficult at first, but not hard to get used to. knowledgeable, loves teaching, and wants his students to learn the material and do well. sometimes has a hard time conveying his message, but always tries to clear it up. tells funny stories to break up lectures. nice guys who loves meeting his students!

Takeo tries very hard to make the class interesting although sometimes it is difficult to understand him. Don't worry about going to lecture as long as you go to discussion. Read the book before exams since he picks out random facts for the test.

Takeo is a great guy! Might be a tad difficult to understand but everything is cleared up in discussion. He's very fair and tells great stories. Book isn't the most helpful resource.

Takeo is a good guy. Funny stories too. Material's a bit dry, but he tries to lighten it up a bit. It really does help to come to lecture, boring as it may be. TF was a bit weird though.

Professor Watanabe tries hard to make his class clear and concise. He makes an effort to lighten up the dry material with jokes and personal anecdotes. Great teacher. BTW, he is always late for class.

Really nice and funny guys with lots of crazy stories. Hard to understand because of accent, but you dont have to go to class all the time if you just read the book. Material is interesting too. Tests are too bad.

Really weird (but nice) guy. Be prepared for many many random stories about his life. Class time is a waste, but the material is interesting and very easy. He cares about his students and is very helpful. Also, he ALWAYS ends class early which is nice.

Such a nice guy, very approachable. His lectures do move really slowly (you can skip and get all the info from the book). He has random digressions unrelated to the material, but these make the class more interesting. Didn't learn a ton, but nice guy.

sooo boring! lectures move soo slow. it's a struggle to stay awake. one concept is covered per lecture. very easy to understand...if you are awake. a nice man. a terribly boring teacher. you don't learn much in this class.
