Tests are extremely unclear and not well written. Class is overall pretty easy though besides the assignments. Need an iclicker. Shes Kinda rude. She also happens to be my counselor which also sucks. Not helpful besides the fact that she emails back quickly.

She's a great teacher even though this class is more information based. Absolutely no tests, but you do have to show up to class and do all the assignments. Easy A if you go to class. Even offered extra credit at the end of the semester if you chose to take her up no it. Final is a group presentation. May come off mean, but she's really helpful.

she's a pretty nice person overall but the online tests you take are ridiculous and they only have like 5 questions each so every one is worth a lot of points. Aside from that the class is an easy A/B as long as you get your clicker points and do well on your tests.

easiest class you could take until she puts the most ridiculous exams up. she has answers A-F with choices like "2 of the above, more than 1 of the above, A B C & D, 3 of the above, none of the above" seriously? i had over 100% and just took the midterm and got a 75% when I shoulda passed with an A- at the very least bc it was such an easy exam

Unpolished and unclear. Gives assigments without explaining them and then sends you an email the night before its due, finally clearing up all the confusion so you have to do the assignment again. Not that it is that important, but she gives tests and notes that have terrible spelling errors. Diminishes a little respect for her intelligence.

Tonya is a wonderful teacher and one with the students best interest at heart.Yes,she was challenging but what the hell it is college.She still to this day helps anyway she can.I learned a great deal from her teaching method. Also,if you are finding her classes to tough then maybe you better think about doing something else,because life is harder.

As for speakers, I am one of those speakers. Maybe if you stopped talking and listened, you would get something out of Mrs. Skalon's class! Yes, she is tough, but if it were too easy, you wouldn't learn a thing. Thank You Tonya! I've learned so much! You're an amazing prof! Don't let the slackers get you down!!!

For real, this is college...your classes are supposed to challenge you! Tonya is one of the best profs I've ever had! Not only is she a fantastic teacher, but a wonderful person to get to know. She has helped me out in so many ways from school issues to personal issues. Without her help, I wouldn't have the best job ever!!

Deplorable class. She has a monotone voice and treats the students like they're idiots. It almost seems like she doesn't want to be teaching - commented on her pregnancy constantly (gross). Tests were very difficult - no prep assistance.
