Tara is the best professor that I have had at DCC! Her readings and assignments are extremely helpful ! She is so helpful and caring. I got sick many times In the semester and unlike many professors who care about you getting work In on the she understands life gets crazy. Her assignments that below stated were "last min" were easy things and help!

Tara cares about her students is respectful and fair. Her syllabus was confusing, we had a ton of reading and homework, and we got an extra assignment at the end of the semester that we weren't supposed to have. I could have studied more if I didn't have all that extra work to do. Bear in mind this also comes from someone who isn't very academic.

best teacher i had at dutchess. she comes into class with a positive attitude! i had her for three semesters and each class was very memorable. she answers all questions and her lectures are very interesting. lecture exams weren't hard, they related back to powerpoints which she posts on angel. overall an amazing teacher for the esw program.

Tara is one of the best teachers a person can have coming into their first semester of college. She's so helpful and willing to go out of her way for anyone. She's also a really easy teacher as long as you do what she assigns, she's an easy but fair grader and I would definitely recommend her to anyone and will be taking her every chance possible!
