Goes fast, but teaches clear. Test are short and to the point. Gives clear lectures, gives homework but it isnt grade nor mandatory, just for your benefit. Really good teacher for Math, I wish I had him for the full semester I would have gotten an A hands down

I had Mr. Tingling for math 081 and loved the way he taught his class. I have always struggled with math in grade school and the way he teaches, he makes sure you understand the material and guides you through it. Highly recommend taking his classes!

Prof. Tingling was absolutely amazing. He made Statistics fun. He is funny and very clear in his explanations. He will help you with anything you are struggling with. I could not have chosen a better stat. professor!

Tingling was great and I hate math! He broke statistics down to make it as easy to understand as possible. A bit of a dry sense of humor, but funny man regardless. Lectures are clear and keeps your attention. Easy grader. Do the homework he assigns and come to class!

He is a real nice guy but terrible professor, ended up dropping his class and took it the next semester to get an A . Unless you are really good at math stay away from him. He is hard to understand and does not explain things well at all. He even said he does not like math, its just a good career. Probably the worst teacher/professor I ever had.

I took the 082 lecture section to make sure I got an "in depth" review of material. For me, as someone who learns from intense lecture, Prof Tingling just wasn't for me. He is a great professor, very helpful, but his style wasn't for me. He does brief lectures, assigns homework, small quizzes, and moves on. Clear course outline, great at grading.

Great Professor! CCBC is an excellent college. Take this course in the first semester and I highly recommend Professor Tingling especially if you're eligible for honors classes. Lots of useful activities and meaningful assignments. Excellent communications: Professor Tingling is always answering his e-mails and his responses are clear and helpful.

Teijan makes this class for anyone because he summarizes and explains very thoroughly. There were 3 exams plus a cumulative which were more than fair, moreeasy. You WILL learn in this class. The grading criteria is how it will go. go to class, take notes and show examples. Quizzes at the end of class, hw is optional. DO not fear this class AT ALL.

He gives so much homework such as reflections from the book chapters. The class is very easy you just have to do the reflections given and assignments. They were not hard at all! Just do the assignments and turn it in on time! He takes points off if you have late work which is understandable. This honors class is an easy A!

He talks very very fast and skips a lot of steps when doing a problem. I had to literally attempt to re teach myself after every lecture. This class was stressful

He is an awesome teacher!!! I actually had him for 082/083 first and loved his style so I took 163 with him too. He teaches so everyone can learn, just do the homework and ask questions if you don't understand, he will explain it until you do understand. He is a GREAT teacher. I wish more teachers were like him!!!
