Mrs. Baumgartner was a fun teacher who I always found to be very helpful. She always seemed very busy and scatter brained but I really enjoyed her nonetheless. The work isn't hard but there is a lot of it.

I took Intro to Lit as an online class. The professor wasn't as bad as some but not perfect either. I thought the class was structured for women and she takes several weeks to grade anything. You had to get assignment done quickly or there were nothing left to do (discussion boards huge part of class). No final exam but 4 hard proctored test.

cute, smart, and cares about students; i do not see any "anti-male" bias, although males make up only 40 percent of butler students, and, maybe because of athletic recruiting, many are unprepared or not yet mature enough for college. i'm a boy, by the way.

(Online) Easy class. She covers a good variety of material and she seems fairly nice. I have an interest in literature, but even someone who does not will have an easy time. Still yet, I suggest K.Barrier for Lit and English.

You should take her only if you do not plan to transfer to a four-year university. I was comepletly unprepared for KU and my grades suffered the first semester. She relies on topics you've written in high school three times(who's you hero? what's your defining moment?) Avoid if you are good at english.

I really don't like English, but this professor made it almost bearable. She seems to really like teaching and cares about her students. The only negative thing I can say is that she seemed to be a little too busy with her comp II class to grade our papers in a timely fashion at times.

This instructor seems to be bias toward men. I had a very difficult time trying to relate to her teaching style. If you're male, you may want to steer clear of this one...your grade will suffer as mine did.
