Prof. Huidobro is incredibly helpful. She only cares about helping you learn Spanish. It seems slow at time, like the class could progress further, but I have still learned a lot and she made me like Spanish even more! Not much actual homework, but like with any language, practice practice practice!

I was one of 4 people who had never taken any spanish in the class, and she taught the class like a level 3 class. but she always asked if the 4 of us needed help or outside help. very nice woman who wants you to do well... somehow i got a C

She's a really nice woman. I was bored in the class b/c I took 3 years of spanish but I did learn things I was never taught. It helps to have at least a year of spanish before you take this class but if not she's def. willing to help you. Most of the time you'll be working with a partner in class so be prepared.

One of the sweetest ladies, very knowledgeable in the field and offers help if needed. She will do all she can to assist students to get a good grade. Loves what she does. If you can pay attention and TRY to speak spanish, she's very understanding.

sweetest lady but not as clear as she should be. she needs to go over more vocab but leaves it up to u instead which makes tests difficult. if u want to be challenged take her but it is not the typical intro to span,its much harder!

sweetest woman..so helpful..i think you should know a little bit of spanish even for the beginner class..but ask questions even on tests she will help you out..have to study but in what language you don't know can you not? highly reccommended!

Loved her!! Easy class...just participate and study. She gives you a chance to jutify your absences and the end of the semester and seems willing to take any excuse so that it wont effect your grade. Shes awesome!

I never had any contact with Spanish until I took her class. It was hard, but with a tutor and her help I was able to get through. She is a nice lady, but jumps around. She uses a lot of english grammar. Hard if you do not understand English grammar.
