This man is awful. Not only is he a terrible professor, but he is a horrible man. Totally full of it. I am VERY glad he is no longer a teacher. I have never experienced such a waste of my time- or encountered such a waste of flesh and blood.

Dr. Carroll is a great teacher! He is very clear when explaining the material and shows interest in his students learning it. It is important that you come to class to hear his lectures, but attendance is not a part of your grade. He is so smart and students can really learn a lot from him. Take him if you are willing to work and want to learn.

He grades very fairly. Show up to class and do what he asks. Listen to his suggestions...they are worth it! I would take this class again and again. Maybe you should look at yourself and see what you did wrong and stop crying about it.

The man definitely plays favorites. If he doesn't like you, then you're screwed. Nothing you do will be good enough. He'll hate everything that you say or do. Plus you literally can't get a word in. And if you try to talk he gets mad at you. He's been terrible to me, and I like science.

Pretty easy class. No one who takes it shouldn't expect to get an A. Should expect to read a couple of books and write summaries on them. Also have a couple power point presentations to do for class on selected topics. Gets you involved with the material, everyone should take the class. One problem, he's pretty repetative.

helpful outside of lecture. tests were super difficult, but extra credit opportunities made up for it. even tho i havent been in his class for 2 years, i stop by to see him occasionally and he is of more help to me than my bio methods teacher, hands down
