He is a really nice and friendly guy, but regards to accounting and teaching he doesn't have any lesson plan and doesn't help with any questions you'd have. he mainly speaks about his own life and problems which relate to accounting somewhat but it doesn't help you to pass his class.

I don't know why some are saying that he is a tough teacher. The whole point of going to school (class) is to learn and read the text. I don't see how you will do badly in his class. He is very informative. He knows the materials inside-and-out. He doesn't need the text, everything is in his head - including the exercise solutions..in numbers!
